Our  Friesian Herd

The secret to the rich, signature flavour of our yogurt, butter, and cheese lies in our fields. Our small herd of British Friesian cattle is slow-reared and pasture-fed on lush grass throughout the year.

We operate a strictly “closed herd,” meaning every single cow has been born and bred right here on the farm. This dedication allows us to guarantee 100% full traceability, exceptional animal health, and unparalleled quality in every single litre of milk we produce.
