Owned and managed by the Rodger family since 1955, Knockraich Farm is situated in the stunning Endrick Valley, perfectly placed between the Trossachs National Park and the Campsie Fells. At our heart, we are a traditional family dairy farm, and we have built our business around enhancing the environment that surrounds us.
Our Artisan Dairy Heritage
Our small herd of 60 British Friesian cattle are all born and bred here on the farm. This allows us to guarantee the absolute provenance, health, and wellbeing of every cow and every litre of milk we produce.

Quality Over Quantity: We focus on the health of our “happy cows,” grazing them outdoors for as much of the year as the Scottish weather allows.

Award-Winning Production: During the winter, our herd enjoys a primarily grass-based diet. Their rich, creamy milk is taken directly across the yard to become part of the Katy Rodger’s award-winning range of artisan dairy products.
