In 2015 we enjoyed our first year of home grown salad and vegetables from the Kitchen gardens at Knockraich Farm and have been growing fresh produce for the Café ever since. This years favourites have included sweetcorn, kale, cabbage, courgette, carrots, leeks, tomatoes, strawberries and a multitude of herbs which have added a delicious fresh flavour to the menu throughout the summer in the Courtyard Café.
Adding to our farms own dairy products we believe strongly in the benefits of simple natural ingredients. Zero food miles, no additives just real honest food… what could be better.
