The rich, creamy base is crafted using fresh, whole, pasteurised milk from our own herd of grass-fed British Friesians. We let the natural tartness of the blackcurrants shine through, creating a perfectly balanced flavor profile that avoids the cloying sweetness of mass-produced yogurts.
